What should I do if anti-cheat cannot verify my Overwatch 2 install?

Guide Q&A

The troubleshooting guide says the message can result from game-file problems or software conflicts and does not always mean an account ban. First verify Overwatch 2 files through Blizzard.

It also recommends fully exiting the Battle.net, restarting the PC, and checking for conflicting overlays before trying more disruptive steps.
